Part-Time Strength & Conditioning Coach | Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach to work closely with Cricfit’s founder, Sam. The role will primarily involve remote coaching, developing S&C programmes, and assisting with basic business and marketing tasks. Dependent on location, there will also be the chance to deliver face-to-face S&C sessions. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in running an online coaching business while helping to scale a unique fitness brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Remote Coaching & Programming
- Design and deliver S&C programmes for cricketers
- Provide feedback and coaching support to clients.
- Athlete Engagement & Support
- Respond to client queries and provide expert advice.
- Content & Community Building
- Assist in creating educational content for Cricfit’s social media and website.
- Engage with Cricfit’s online community to offer training insights and support.
- Business Growth & Development
- Provide feedback on programmes and client experience.
- Identify opportunities for in-person coaching sessions and collaborations.
- Contribute ideas to enhance Cricfit’s offerings and reach.
Ideal Candidate
- Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Sports Science degree (or equivalent qualification).
- Qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach with experience in coaching athletes.
- Passion for cricket and an understanding of its physical demands.
- Skills & Attributes
- Strong online communication skills and ability to engage remotely.
- Independent, forward-thinking, and eager to contribute to business growth.
- Committed to the Cricfit vision and looking for long-term involvement.
