The Season
Ideally, the goal during the season with S&C is maintenance following a successful off-season and pre-season. But if you didn’t train over the winter, there is nothing stopping you getting stuck in during the season. Volume needs to be a bit lower as we don’t want to take soreness into our weekend games but that doesn’t mean progress can’t be made. You will need access to a gym and roughly 3-5 hours a week.
