Pre-Season
Pre-season (January-March in th UK) is usually balanced around a return to cricket training. It’s also when we look to switch our focus from strength training to boosting your rate of force development by focusing on power. Don’t tell the other parts of our programmes, but this is the really fun part. We lift fast, throw things, jump and are really explosive. We recommend having a full off-season before for maximum benefit but there is nothing stopping you taking on this programme if you’re up to scratch experience wise in the gym. You will need access to a gym and roughly 3-5 hours a week.
