Key features

A state-of-the-art app to take your game to the next level

600+ exercise tutorial videos

Every exercise has a comprehensive coaching video from one of our S&C coaches. These videos give you a demonstration of each exercise alongside coaching cues, where you should be feeling the exercise and things to avoid whilst doing the exercise.

Progress tracking tools

Stay on track with your training and see how your fitness is improving. Assess, don't guess, right? With features tracking sets, reps, load and more, you will be able to visibly see your development over time as you progress.

Group chat with other players

Communicate with like minded players in a group chat. It’s easier to make progress when you have extrinsic motivation and a group chat provides just that. You will be able to see when other Cricfit members in your group have completed a work out and communicate with them.

Direct S&C coach support

Unlimited messaging to the Cricfit  team to answer any questions you may have. We are always on hand to give you advice or perhaps feedback on a video of you completing an exercise. We will check in monthly with you but there is nothing to stop you asking questions in the meantime.

Periodised S&C programme

The complicated bits all taken care of, all you need to do is follow the plan. Periodisation is a complex subject and takes years of applied experience to understand and implement effectively. In our opinion, this is the key reason you invest in a S&C coach as it allows long term progress to be made.

A programme option for everyone

With an ever growing number of options, we have a solution whatever your age, position, facilities or training experience. These aren’t one size fits all programmes, these are options for every kind of cricketer we have encountered.

Frequently asked questions

We understand buying a programme online can be scary. So we have answered some of the questions already for you.

Can you do these programmes at home?

In the description for each programme, it states whether it is home or gym based.

How much time do the sessions take?

No session should take longer than one hour. Some sessions such as mobility sessions can be done in less than 5 minutes. It depends on the session but as a rough guide they will take 40 minutes from start to finish.

Is the app on the app store and google play store?

Yes! You can just search for Cricfit and download it to your phone. You need to purchase a programme before you can login to the app.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee* where if you are not satisfied then you can message our team and request a refund. We are confident you will love it but if you don't want to continue then we aren't interested in keeping your money if it's not helping you become a better cricketer.

*Excluding bespoke programmes

How do I cancel my account?

If you're on a subscription programme, you can cancel your programme at any point. Simply message us on the app or email us and we will cancel your payments. Your account will then be deactivated at the end of the month you've most recently paid for. As for one-time buy programmes, we will message you when you're approaching the end of the programme to discuss if you would like to continue.
